Lazy second day in Hatsushima

Today is Saturday.

I woke up and had a buffet breakfast in a restaurant Oceano, while Katya took care of Mariya.

Then Katya had breakfast in turn.

We have been very tired and sleepy after the birth of Mariya. We took a nap until 2 PM.

We then went out for a walk.

It was not rainy but windy and cold, so we soon walked back to the hotel.

Katya and I took coffee and a cake in the lounge.

In our room, we watched a sumo tournament held in Fukuoka. Katya somehow likes to watch sumo. Hakuho, the grand champion, won the tournament.

At 6 PM, we went to Porto again.  Mariya slept on the sofa as yesterday.

Mariya was again a very good girl. Katya and I ordered some dishes and shared.

The fish in the main dish was not very impressive this time.

Cheese was OK, but not special.

But totally, the dinner was satisfactory as usual.

We asked a waiter to take a picture of the three of us.

We went back to our room to be lazy again

Hi there… Sorry I have not been a recent visitor, but since our trip to Japan got underway, about a month ago, it’s been pretty full on. Happy New Year! I just realised that it’s been a long time since your last post, and was hoping that everything was going well. I have to say that finding time and energy to blog after having a baby is difficult. But I hope you can get back I to the swing of it.

By the way… The big news from us is that we ended up getting that job in Tokyo, so we move over there for at least 2 or 3 years in April. Exciting times for us, but also a lot of hard work.

Well, give my regards to Katya and of course Mariya.

    Happy New Year, Ben!
Sorry I even did not notice your comment.

I have been happy but sleepy living with Mariya and did not think of blogging, although I kept all the photos in my camera.

Mariya is getting easier these days. Yesterday, I moved all my photos from my camera to my PC.
Just now, I was trying to write articles to find out that the pictures are all gone!!!!!!!!!

I think I erased them. Very disappointed. Anyway, I restart this blog.

Welcome to Japan! Congratulations! April is the best season I think to start your new life in Japan. See you some time.
