Saturday Work

In the morning, students in the institute held their research presentations, and teachers joined.  Eight students talked, one of whom is mine.  He did a good job.

After the presentation, teachers stayed for a meeting ; we are going to hold a workshop next summer in Nagano.  It is a small, 4-day workshop with approximately 80 participants, and I will chair the workshop.

I am stressed these days because of the works I have, and was worried about today’s meeting, too, but the schedules I proposed were accepted, which made me feel relieved.

I had lunch at home, and Katya and I went to Yanase to have a break pad of Smart changed.  It took more than two hours.  I was reviewing papers, and Katya went out to Sports Depo.

Yanase offered me two cups of coffee.  I finished three chapters of a book planned to be published.  I am a major editor of the series, who has not written a chapter!

Katya bought tennis shoes for clay courts.  We will see how they work tomorrow.

I went back to my office.  I came back home at 8 PM.  Before I sleep, I will work again at home.

By the way – should have mentioned this before, but I really like the last photo of the coffee cup… simple and clean, but really nice.

Oh, thank you, I am glad you like it.
As you see, I do not care much about the quality of pictures. I leave it to Katya.

You and T-chan are good photographers.
