The snow was not so heavy as I expected. I took Maya-san for a walk in the morning.
There was presentations for eight students in our institutes.
All of them did very well. I gave good grades.
In the evening, we had a party in a Chinese restaurant for celebrating their success.
Everybody drank. I am drunk.
Hope the next morning wasn’t too bad!
I am not so strong in alcohol but have never experienced a hang over. Katya does envy me.
Have never experienced a hangover?…….AAAARRRRGGGGHHHH!!!!! A truly lucky person…. however… hangovers are our bodies natural warning sign that we’re doing damage to it… and a not so gentle reminder to us that we should keep to moderation. So in some ways (looking for the silver lining in an otherwise painful and unpleasant experience) hangovers are good.
I suspect that this morning I envy you however (as we had a work dinner last night, and I have to back it up with an early morning start as we’re video conferencing over to the UK). A combination of very late food, a very rich dessert… and too much to drink… makes for a slightly worse for wear AdelaideBen this morning.
I am not strong in alcohol, and that could be the reason I have not experienced a hang over.
I get soon flushed, become sleepy, then actually I sometimes sleep. That is the limit.
It is so rude to look sleepy (and even sleep!) during parties, but I cannot stop it.
I even went to sleep during the picnic with Katya’s family!
So I am not proud.
