I woke up at 5 AM in the morning.
I quickly went to my office to prepare my presentation for today; I was invited to give a lecture at the open house of the University of Tokyo, Kashiwa.
I worked till 9:30 AM and came back home. Katya took me to the station for the train leaving at 10:30 AM.
In the trains, I was checking my PowerPoint file again and again.
After arriving at “Kashiwanoha-campus” Station, I took lunch at McDonald’s in front of the station.
Then I took a shuttle to the campus.
The place looked a bit lonely, being out of the town.
I went into a building for my talk
I met a friend of mine, with whom I had studied in the same lab in the same university; he was the one who invited me.
I talked for 40 minutes in front of the audiences who are not scientists. I think I did OK with receiving some questions.
Then I returned back home.
While I was on a trip, Katya and Natalia went to Shimosuwa to see my parents. Katya sent me an e-mail that all of them had a very pleasant time there.
Katya left Maya-san to my paretns, because they are going on a short trip tomorrow. Tomorrow, I am going to Osaka for another talk.
