Real-Estate Exhibition and Meeting with Tenants

After I took buffet breakfast in Akiharaba Washington Hotel, I checked out and moved to “Bellesalle Shiodome” in Ginza, where “Real-Estate Investigation Fair by HOME’S” was held.

On the way to the venue, there is an apartment “Nakagin Capsule Tower“, a monumental apartment designed by Kisho Kurokawa.

The venue was only 5-min walk from this apartment.

There were seminars by lectures as well as 16 booths of real-estate companies to talk with. I had no time to listen to the seminars, so instead, concentrated on collecting materials to learn about the present situation of the real-estate business.

I left the place at 3 PM. Then I moved to Nakaochiai to see my apartment building.

The wall was newly painted and security cameras were installed as discussed previously.

The main purpose of this Tokyo stay is to present myself at the information meeting for owners and tenants of a new internet system.  There were three tenants but no owners.

The meeting started at 5:30 PM.

The internet company explained about this new system to the tenants, and the tenants asked many questions. This system was favored by them. We are planning to introduce this new system in June.

The meeting ended at 6:30 PM.

I rushed myself to go home.
