Kobe, Kawasaki, Shinjuku

I checked out “Sun Members Kobe” in the morning.    I took breakfast at UESHIMA coffee shop located under the monorail station in Sannomiya.    After taking a monorail, I arrived at the conference center at 9:30 AM. I gave a 20-minute talk from 10:20 AM and quickly left the conference hall  and took a monorail back to Sannomiya. From Osaka, I took a plane back again to Haneda. There were vacant seats inside. Kawasaki and Doughnuts

I went to Muza Kawasaki in Kawasaki for a scientific meeting. The meeting started at 2 PM and ended at 6 PM. From Kawasaki, I took trains to Shinjuku station, where I took an express train to Kofu. At Shinjuku station, I bought doughnuts for Katya. The price was 990 yen for four, so they should be good. As my presentation went well, I took a can of beer on the train and got relaxed. Business trip to Kawasaki

I woke up at 8 AM and went to school. I checked my e-mails and worked for a couple of hours. Then I went to Kofu station and took trains to Kawasaki. In the train, I tried to sleep as much as possible to compensate last night. I arrived at Kawasaki station. There would be a scientific/bureaucratic meeting on the 25th floor of Muza Kawasaki. The meeting was held between 2 and 5:30 PM, in which seven professors of our institute attended. I might have slept a bit but not too much. After the meeting, we had dinner together over drinks. Business trip to Kawasaki

I took a train leaving Kofu at 10:30 AM; there was another business meeting, this time in Kawasaki. The meeting started at 2 PM and ended at 5:30 PM. When I went out, it was raining and dark. The meeting was held on the 16th floor of the building shown above. I took trains to back to Kofu.  I arrived home at 9 PM. Natalia grilled fish for me for dinner, which was very good. Katya told me that they had been to Kojima, an electric shop today.

Business trips to Shibuya and Kawasaki

In the morning, I went to Shibuya, Tokyo.  I visited an office of the real-state managing company I am asking to take care of my studio in Nakaochiai; the tenant of the studio is leaving at the end of February.  March is the month when people move the most in Japan, and it is relatively less difficult to find a new tenant.  Even though, a good advertisement is preferable. We discussed in the office for 40 min.  The advertisement will be on the web next week.
