It is Autumnal Equinox Day today. Katya and I went to Red Lobster for a late lunch. After the lunch, Katya and I went to “Fishland Ishihara” to learn how to decorate a sea-water fish tank. Then Katya, Maya-san, and I went for a walk together.
In the morning, we had a discussion in Shimadzu; the work’s then over. After arriving at Kyoto station from Keihanna, I took a bus to Shisendo, a residence of a scholar in the 17th century. I like the place and have been visiting it once in a while. It is a small place with few visitors. The garden is very small but beautiful. It is very comfortable to be in there. It is Sunday today. I am planning to carry out experiments in Kyoto with three students for two days from tomorrow. I first took a bullet train to Kyoto Station. I changed the JR line to the Kintetsu Kyoto Line. I got off at Shin-Hosono Station, where I took a bus to Keihanna Plaza Hotel. I was hungry and took a bowl of boeuf bourgignon. The room was small with one bed, but comfortable enough. I will take a rest and will start working from tomorrow morning.
