Exhibition in Makuhari Messe and Bicycles in Nakaochiai

Chiba Washington Hotel was economical, but the room was cheap, too; the noise from the rooms next to mine was heard. The breakfast was not good, either. After checking out, I took trains to Makuhari Messe. JASIS (Japan Analysis Science Instrument Show) was held there. There were so many booths inside. I walked around and saw instruments as many as possible till 3 PM. Then I took trains back to Tokyo. I visited the apartment in Nakaochiai. A tenant asked me to clear up the bicycle parking lot. Real-Estate Exhibition and Meeting with Tenants

After I took buffet breakfast in Akiharaba Washington Hotel, I checked out and moved to “Bellesalle Shiodome” in Ginza, where “Real-Estate Investigation Fair by HOME’S” was held. On the way to the venue, there is an apartment “Nakagin Capsule Tower“, a monumental apartment designed by Kisho Kurokawa.    The venue was only 5-min walk from this apartment. There were seminars by lectures as well as 16 booths of real-estate companies to talk with. I had no time to listen to the seminars, so instead, concentrated on collecting materials to learn about the present situation of the real-estate business. I left the place at 3 PM. New tenant decided to rent a studio

I have not written about my small real estate business. Three studios in Tokyo and one in Yokohama are all fine, not damaged at all. I was advertising for a tenant for the studio in Nakaochiai, Tokyo.  A new college student (school starts in April here) was willing to move in.  Then the earthquake shook her house in Ibaraki prefecture. I told the agency to let her stay for free at least in March. I waited for the reply from her, and she called to the agency saying she will move in.
