In spite of the typhoon coming to Tokyo, I went to Shinjuku for the annual apartment meeting of the building in Hongo.  The meeting started at 6:30PM and ended at 7:30 PM.  Only two attendants were there out of 40 owners this time. One of the main topics was the raise of the monthly payment for the reserve by three times. It is a huge raise, but we must accept it for the major building repair waiting in 5 years.
