In spite of the typhoon coming to Tokyo, I went to Shinjuku for the annual apartment meeting of the building in Hongo. The meeting started at 6:30PM and ended at 7:30 PM. Only two attendants were there out of 40 owners this time.
One of the main topics was the raise of the monthly payment for the reserve by three times. It is a huge raise, but we must accept it for the major building repair waiting in 5 years.
I like this apartment in Hongo. The rent keeps high even after eight years, and the tenants soon settle in without a long period of vacancy. The most difficult one has been the one in Nakaochiai, but this room teaches me the real estate business
Katya came to pick me up at Kofu station with Maya-san. The rain was almost over.
Katya showed me her new racket with guts this afternoon. We hope we will be able to play tennis tomorrow.
