We have been married for four years.
We had a petite honey moon in XIV Tateshina. Since then, we have been celebrating our wedding, staying there, having dinner in the same French restaurant.
This year, to my surprise, a room could not be reserved even in the middle of winter. So we decided to stay in Hotel New Otani in Tokyo. It used to be one of the most prestigious hotels in Japan (now, it is not extremely expensive).
In the morning, Katya and I took Maya-san to my parents. Anju was there left by my sister, who are also travelling with my niece.
Maya-san and Anju were getting along well.
We talked with my parents about their journey in Izu. The only pity they had was cherry blossoms not in bloom this year. Other than that, they had a very good time.
Katya and I took trains to the hotel.
We arrived there before 6 PM. People from Japan and other countries made queues for the reservation, which was not pleasant.
When it came to my turn, the lady at the front desk said, “Today, there is no standard room available that you requested.”
“Yes?”
“Instead, we assign you a DeLuxe room.”
This is a good surprise for our anniversary.
From our room on the 39th floor, Tokyo Tower was seen well.
We had dinner at an Italian restaurant “Bella Vista” on the 40th floor.
The foods were OK, and the service was excellent.
While Katya was taking a shower, I found one Russian program on TV.
It was a good surprise again. Katya was watching it.
The hotel was a right choice.
