On a Sunday Morning, Katya and I went to Gusto for breakfast as ususal. I read a newspaper and Katya a book. Katya, Maya-san, and I drove to “Doryu Waterfall” in Kiyosato. The green was very fresh in early summer. The fall is not big, but the water streams are delicately separated as if into thin white strings running down. “Waterfalls breathed out by dragon” is an adequate name. Katya got closer to the falls. The air was very fresh. Maya-san has changed in the nature; she looked more serious, relaxing, and independent. After visiting the falls, we dropped by “Kiyosato no Mori” park, too. Eel Bowl
I came back home at 8:30 PM, while Katya was out teaching. She had bought me packs of grilled eel. I warmed up a pack in a hot water. I made ane eel bowl. The eel was of a good quality. Eel is said to be good for the tired body in summer. The bowl tasted good with a can of Tecas select.
interviews, cell phone, texas select
In the morning, we had interviews of the students for the entrance to the graduate school next spring. It was a short interview: 15 minute each including presentations, questions, and answers. I think all the students did will; they should pass the exams. In the afternoon, Katya and I went to the au shop for a new cell phone. The new cell phone can be used outside Japan, or in Russia when she goes back. In the evening, Texas Select arrived. I made spaghetti and we had it with the non-alcoholic beer. After dinner, Katya and I watched “Sphere” with Maya-san. It reminded me of “2001: A Space Odyssey” and … Continue reading
